Green Panelmax Plain MDF
Green Panelmax Plain MDF is a high-strength panel made from wood or lignocellulosic material which is refined into fibres and then reconstituted with a resin binder at elevated temperatures to form panels which can be used for construction of interiors and furniture, among various other applications. Being manufactured from 100% agro-forestry timber, it is also eco-friendly and an ideal substitute for solid timber and other non eco-friendly panels.
The Green Panelmax MDF range is ISI Certified and available in both Exterior and Interior Grades.
- Grade I (Exterior grade) boards are made with special melamine formaldehyde formulated resins which make them ideal for use in water and moisture prone areas.
- Grade II (Interior grade) boards can be used in the construction of all types of interiors and furniture.

Green Panelmax Pre-laminated MDF
Green Panelmax Pre-laminated MDF comes in a range of stylish decorative designs in plain solid colours, wood grains and textured finishes and are laminated with melamine impregnated base papers under heat and pressure to give a super smooth decorative finish. Green Panelmax Pre-laminated MDF offers maximum convenience and time saving as it is ready to install while being easy to maintain, and is resistant to stains and scratches. Green Panelmax Pre-laminated MDF is also resistant to moisture and climatic changes and is, hence, highly suitable for applications where dimensional stability is an important factor.

Green Panelmax Veneered MDF is a new introduction and offers the user dual advantage of a durable and eco-friendly substrate of MDF, with a flawlessly smooth decorative top which reflects the natural beauty and elegance of fine wood in a range of designs. Like any other wood-based veneers, Veneered MDF panels can be polished in matt, gloss or any other desired finish to add that final touch of class.
Green Panelmax Veneered MDF panels are specially suited for use in large projects as the panels are easy to use, save time and are cost effective.
Natural Veneers – These MDF panels are overlaid with genuine Burma Teak Veneers with their distinctive rich, golden hue and grains.
